We welcome Mantle’s announcement that it has signed binding heads of terms to acquire D3IP.
Our work across Defence, national security, and law enforcement connects operational needs with technology, expertise, and industry partners. This aligns closely with Mantle’s ambition to strengthen the UK’s national resilience.
Subject to completion, we see real potential to build on that work and create further opportunities for our collaboration network and the wider Defence community.
